type='text'>賭場小插曲</title><content type='html'>1月14日下午在亞堅家與DIY友短聚後，隨即搭車到中港城搭船過澳門出席朋友的婚宴。既然來到澳門，當然不少得到賭場玩玩，15號下午響漁人碼頭食過lunch後，便行過隔鄰嘅金沙賭場碰碰運氣，當然只係小賭，賭得大我都唔捨得啦...^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;玩咗大約4個鐘頭，大約輸咗1000大元，按照計劃我同老公打算在賭場留到晚上8點就離開行過去碼頭搭8:30嘅新渡輪返港，但我在臨離開前究發生咗一段小插曲，令我搭唔到8:30班船。事緣，玩最後一鋪大細時，其中有一個女人唔記得自己落咗200元注買小，在開骰盅前佢將其中一個已放到買小嘅100蚊籌碼轉到買大，結果當然係開小啦，到荷官賠錢時，100蚊同200蚊嘅落注人數既然唔啱數，有4個人買咗100蚊，其中1個就係我，但檯上只有落注100蚊嘅就只得3個，荷官即時通知經理，經理即時與上面控制室聯絡，再翻查cctv，所有籌碼和賭枱都唔郁得。當時已經係8:05分，我已第一時間同個女經理講我要趕住搭船，但佢哋搞搞一下都已經8:15，我都已經趕唔切啦，所以我要求賭場賠償我2張船飛嘅損失。女經理原本死都話唔得，後來我要求同佢上司講，佢個葡籍女上司起初都話冇得賠，但最後因為佢敵唔過我嘅堅持，最後佢同佢嘅葡籍男上司講，依位男士終於答應幫我出番2張9:30嘅船飛畀我作賠償，而且仲係TurboJet，價值比新渡輪貴。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;哈哈哈...今次雖然輸咗錢，但可以響金沙攞到2張船飛，我都當係贏咗架啦...^_^&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='html'>期待已久的DIY友BBQ聚會終於來臨，由於第一次跟大班網上認識同時又熱愛自家整餅嘅朋友見面，當然心情有d緊張，但因為我當日下午要搭船過澳門出席朋友嘅婚宴，所以只能跟大家來個1-2小時嘅短聚。雖然食唔到大家精心炮製的各種BBQ美食，但有機會食到亞堅整的Tenderness、蛙蛙和綠萼等人合力製作嘅無花果合桃蕎麥包、y.c.帶來嘅日式沙律，以及achan整嘅醎牛脷，差d唔記得仲有on_on煲嘅白果腐竹糖水，總算有少少口福。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;第一次見面，當然唔少得見面禮啦，"得意薑餅人"就係我為大家準備嘅見面禮，人人有份，永不落空。另外，我又整咗藍莓乾燕麥曲奇畀大家試吓。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>2007年開爐作--Classic Chocolate Gateau</title><content type='html'>依個古典朱古力蛋糕係跟亞堅嘅食譜整，其實早幾個月前已經買咗黑朱古力打算整依款蛋糕，只不過一直都未有動手做。第一次整依款蛋糕，適逢2007年元旦，整嘅時候真係好緊張、好小心，因為怕今年一開爐就失手，唔好意頭嘛...^_^ type='html'>我嘅DIY整餅生涯由2006年3月左右開始，經過咗大半年嘅實習，雖然整包餅嘅技術仍屬幼稚園BB班階段，尚有很多很多改進空間，但從中我卻得到唔少滿足感，不單只可以為伴侶和家人親自製作包餅嘅關係，同時亦因為認識到你哋一班DIY友，令我響整包餅嘅路途上得到不少支持和鼓勵，亦因為認識咗你哋而令我獲益良多。在這我要同你哋講聲:多謝!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>裝身後的"靚版"薑餅人</title><content type='html'>前日整薑餅人時留咗2/3麵糰響雪櫃留番昨晚放工返屋企後再焗，汲取前日焗薑餅人嘅經驗，雖然昨晚和前日所造嘅薑餅人都係來自同一麵糰，但昨晚我特別有小心睇火，所以焗出來的薑餅人顏色金黃，恰到好處，見到d人仔顏色咁靚，自然我都有心情為佢哋扮靚靚。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;你哋睇吓，經過用糖霜裝身後嘅薑餅人真係靚咗好多呀，靚到我都唔捨得食添...^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger/7024/3051/1600/490871/06-12-18_21-56.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" type='text'>薑餅人(失敗版)</title><content type='html'>昨日第一次整薑餅人，不過由於焗嘅時候已睇到薑餅人仔有少少溶化跡象，可能牛油份量較多(250g)，加上無睇火以致焗到表面顏色偏深，食落口感好鬆脆，一d都唔硬，所以我覺得今次算係失敗之作。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料: 無鹽牛油 225g / 蛋 1隻 / 幼黃糖 100g / 麵粉 250g / 梳打粉 1茶匙 / 鹽 0.25茶匙 / 泡打粉 0.5茶匙 / 薑粉 2.5茶匙 / 玉桂粉 0.5茶匙 / 豆寇粉 0.5茶匙 / 雲呢嗱香油 1.5茶匙&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;因為焗出來的效果唔理想，所以我都無心機再為薑餅人仔加任何裝飾~~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>熱情鬆餅</title><content type='html'>由於一大碗熱情果汁放咗響雪櫃差唔多2星期啦，其實都唔知d熱情果汁放唔放得咁耐，所以昨晚用咗一半來整熱情鬆餅。今次焗出來嘅效果比之前用熱情果汁來整小蛋糕嘅效果好，不過就唔及小蛋糕香，同時食落亦冇小蛋糕咁有少少酸酸甜甜嘅味道，等我下次整鬆餅時用多d熱情果汁代替牛奶嘅份量，睇吓焗出來會唔會香d好味d。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;熱情鬆餅(8個中型紙杯份量)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料:&lt;br /&gt;麵粉        270g&lt;br /&gt;糖          100g&lt;br /&gt;泡打粉      3tsp&lt;br /&gt;鹽          3/8tsp&lt;br /&gt;蛋          3隻&lt;br /&gt;牛油溶液    82g&lt;br /&gt;牛奶        75g&lt;br /&gt;熱情果汁    100g&lt;br /&gt;雲喱拿香油  1tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法:將蛋打散後加入牛油溶液、牛奶、熱情果汁及雲喱拿香油攪匀，然後拌入已篩過嘅麵粉、糖、泡打粉及鹽，將麵糊倒入紙杯，再放入已預熱焗爐用200度焗23分鐘，焗好將鬆餅留在焗爐內5分鐘後才取出放涼。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;響網上搵咗資料後，原本打算煲龍利葉無花果瘦肉湯，所以放工就去咗花墟嗰間財記買新鮮龍利葉。點知去到見到除咗龍利葉外，原來仲有其他幾種材料都有化痰止咳功效，鋪頭阿姐又話可以幾種材料一齊煲，所以我最後就聽阿姐話用$20買咗3種材料，包括新鮮龍利葉、石黃皮和新鮮蚌花，3種材料係阿姐隨意執，故當時我都唔知究竟3種材料各自嘅份量係幾多。不過，我返屋企都有分開3種材料磅過，詳情如下:&lt;br type='text'>花旗參無花果豬展湯</title><content type='html'>因為買咗個真空煲，所以令到我更加的起心肝煲多d湯水畀自己同老公滋潤下。今個星期一就煲咗依款簡單易煲嘅秋冬滋潤湯水-花旗參無花果豬展湯。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料: 花旗參 2湯匙 / 無花果 5粒 / 豬展 $20 / 水 2.5L&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法: 先洗淨所有材料，花旗參用半碗水浸15分鐘，豬展用熱水拖一拖，煲滾2.5L水後放入所有材料，浸花旗參嘅水亦一齊放入煲內，再滾30分鐘後離火，放入真空煲內，因用真空煲不能用大火，所以全程用中火煲。到飲時從真空煲取出內煲，稍加熱及加入適量鹽便可飲用。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>跳完Funky Dance成個人散晒啦~~</title><content type='html'>昨日去咗學人跳funky dance，第一次試堂跳到唔知似乜，但係為咗做多d運動，鍛鍊體質兼修身，辛苦d都要啦。Funky Dance嘅運動量真係好大，跳完1.5小時後，我由內至外全身濕透，未跳完都已經覺到部份肌肉有扯緊嘅感覺。由於我第一次跳，加上好耐無做運動同埋並無舞蹈底子，所以昨日試堂時很多舞步和動作都跟唔上，不過導師話個個新同學都係咁，初初跳時會唔知自己跳乜，但跳多幾堂就可以跟得上。我昨日跳完已經攰到唔係好想郁，今日訓醒時就更加周身肌肉酸痛，簡直唔想起身返工。雖然係咁，但為咗可以有多d運動同修身，我之後會繼續跳funky time響界限街近太子地鐵站一個蔬果檔買咗$20熱情果，當時檔口老闆教我揀d較深色嘅，買返屋企後再放2-3日等佢皺皮後就會較甜較好食。果然，買返屋企後放咗3日，果香越來越濃，果皮亦一日比一日皺，相信依2日都係時候用來整熱情果蛋糕啦。由於未買雪芳蛋糕模，所以我只會整熱情果鬆餅，整好再post上來畀大家睇下啦...^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='html'>近排天氣轉涼，而且有時都幾乾燥，早排每日起床都覺得比較乾，仲好似有少少流鼻血咁，響依d咁嘅天氣最好緊係煲返d滋潤嘅雪梨茶飲下啦。咪以為我好有經驗呀，未結婚前同阿媽住時都可以經常飲到阿媽煲嘅雪梨茶，不過結婚後，做咗"無飯主婦"後，今次只係第一次煲咋，雖然煲雪梨茶並唔複雜，但由於第一次煲，諗住煲多少少可以留返幾日飲，所以落多咗d水(7個天津梨+15杯水)，結果煲雪梨水略為清淡咗d，不過飲飲下又覺得幾有雪梨味喎...^_^&lt;br type='html'>近排天氣轉涼，濕度偏低，以致皮膚較乾燥，係時候煲返D秋冬湯水補返下。繼日前煲過猴頭菇鯊魚骨湯後(係以前買咗未煲嘅湯包黎架...heheheeee)，昨晚就煲咗沙參玉竹鮑魚螺片湯，依款湯水完全係我個人創作，將家中餘下嘅煲湯村枓混合而成。其實我都唔知依d材料配搭啱唔啱架，不過煲咗2個半鐘後試味，原來個湯都好清、好鮮甜喎，大家不妨試試...^_^&lt;br type='text'>豆腐紅豆芝士蛋糕</title><content type='html'>剛過去嘅星期日整咗我人生第三次為他人整嘅生日蛋糕，由於今次嘅主角係我舅公，所以我打算整個較健康、適合老人家食嘅生日蛋糕畀佢。依款蛋糕由4層組成，由上而下順序係豆腐芝士、紅豆芝士、清蛋糕及碎餅底。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;由於第一次整依款蛋糕，所以之前我響網上搵咗好多資料，再根據網友提供嘅心得，決定用街市賣嘅布包豆腐做豆腐芝士餡。不過唔知係我技術差定係做嘅過程出錯，做出來嘅豆腐芝士餡明顯呈細粒狀，外表見唔夠平滑，食落亦唔夠幼滑。不過好彩嘅係，反應都算唔錯，我表舅父仲話得喎，好食喎，佢仲留咗件蛋糕做佢第二朝嘅早餐添。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='html'>昨晚得自己一個食飯，所以諗住整d簡單又健康嘅菜色，順便煮可少少可以今日帶返公司做午餐。由於平時少吃魚，加上好想試吓用焗嘅方法來煮，所以響凍肉鋪買咗一塊南美金鱈魚扒，返屋企解凍後加少少鹽和檸檬汁做醃料，之後將少少乾香草放響魚塊上，過一陣再將魚塊略煎以取色，之後用錫紙包好放入已預熱220度焗爐焗15分鐘就得啦...唔...魚塊未出焗爐時已聞到好香嘅魚味，食落味道亦唔錯呀...^_^&lt;br type='html'>近日見到幾個網友都話減肥，佢哋主要透過控制進食嘅種類來減磅，我見佢哋嘅餐單都係無澱粉質同埋唔食甜品，生果亦係盡量避免，就算食都只係食西柚。昨晚我特別買咗一條茄子和一個黃椒，返屋企諗咗好耐都唔知點煮好，最後就好求其咁用咗一茶匙韓式醃醬來炒茄子和黃椒，原來味道都唔錯喎。跟住我再將老公昨日下午食剩嘅幾塊叉燒切粒，再加一隻蛋同之前整蛋糕時剩下嘅一個蛋白混合，結果就整咗一小碟叉燒炒蛋，依兩樣餸就作為我今日嘅午餐啦...^_^&lt;br type='text'>芝麻冰皮月餅</title><content type='html'>第二次整冰皮月餅，今次冰皮嘅材料同上次整奶皇冰皮嘅大概相同，唔同嘅只係將上次用嘅橄欖油改為白酥油(shortening)。因為貪方便所以只用無糖黑芝麻粉加糖、橄欖油及2湯匙脫脂奶拌勻做餡，不過可能係芝麻粉質地較粗，所以食落去個餡嘅口感比較粗鞋，除口感不夠幼滑外，整體味道都尚算可以。&lt;br type='html'>因為近排訓得唔係咁好，所以昨日去咗工人醫療所睇中醫，起初都驚唔知係咪要執藥返屋企自己煲，一來我自己唔識煲藥，二來我屋企亦無適合嘅藥煲用來煲藥。不過原來依家食中藥唔一定要煲，可以選擇取走獨立包裝嘅中藥配方顆粒，返屋企跟住指示用一碗熱水開來飲就可以。現成嘅中藥配方顆粒沖熱水後用火煲嘅中藥無乜分別，顏色一樣咁烏卒卒，味道一樣係咁苦。大家日後唔想煲藥都可以考慮服用中藥配方顆粒啦!&lt;br type='text'>冰皮月餅--第一次試做</title><content type='html'>好耐無整餅同包包啦，響過去3個星期我主要埋頭苦幹響網上四處搵冰皮月餅嘅食譜同做法，當然唔少得搜集各位網友整冰皮月餅嘅心得啦，因為我打算今年親自製作冰皮月餅。終於昨晚我第一次試整咗8個冰皮月餅，冰皮同奶皇餡都係自己親手整，總共製作時間約2個半鐘，製法並不算繁複，整個製作過程大致順利。由於係試做關係，所以我只用了果凍膠模做月餅模。我覺得製作過程中最困難就係壓模一環，我將餅糰放入膠模後，好難將餅糰擠壓到膠模嘅頂部，結果差唔多個個月餅脫模後，頂部嘅形狀都係唔完整嘅，唔知下次出去買個真正嘅月餅膠模來整會唔會好d呢?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;雪咗一晚切開睇到都幾滿意，不過月餅底部冰皮似乎厚咗d，我諗下次要改良一下包餡嘅手法，唔駛整到個月餅皮底部過厚。咬咗一啖，唔錯喎，第一次整到似無似樣，味道都ok，依家雪櫃仲有d奶皇餡用剩，過兩日再試吓整d芝麻餡，實行一次過整奶皇同芝麻兩種味道~~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>Strawberry Mousse Cake</title><content type='html'>依個係我第2個親自整來送給人嘅生日蛋糕，因為我家姐個囝囝響8月13日剛剛1歲大，佢暫時仲有好多嘢仲未食得，所以我就整咗依個mousse cake給他，雖然佢仲未可以食mousse，但起碼可以食個cake入面嘅清蛋糕餅底部份。今次係我第一次整mousse type='text'>珠海海泉灣溫泉渡假村</title><content type='html'>上星期10/8-11/8同老公去咗珠海海泉灣和澳門玩咗兩日，由於係旅行團關係，行程第一日日間主要去左一個叫”參之谷”嘅地方，但我哋依團嘅團友目的喺去浸溫泉，所以團友們聽完"參之谷"工作人員介紹人參和石斛之後就即刻走人，願意花錢買嘢嘅團友都冇乜幾個。我同老公就用咗$20食咗一盅雪耳石斛燉人參，響香港食一碗糖水都要咁上下價錢啦，我覺得花$20試吓都毋妨...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;第二個行程就喺去雅居樂花園自費睇4D電影，我同老公同埋大部份團友都冇睇，咁我哋就響雅居樂花園周圍逛咗約30分鐘，等埋其他團友睇完就走。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;終於都去到海泉灣，但時間都已經喺下午4點幾啦。首先導遊帶我哋響海泉灣行一圈，等我哋知道各設施嘅位置，行咗約15分鐘左右就行完，之後我哋就各自到房間休息，等到6點就去享用我哋嘅晚餐--湖畔BBQ。領隊話唔想團友日洒雨淋同埋比蚊針，所以所謂嘅"湖畔BBQ"會安排響室內進行，至於BBQ就唔駛我哋自己燒，所有食物會由廚師燒去給我哋食，就好似平時食Buffet咁。雖然食物款式和種類並不多，BBQ食品就更加少，但我覺得味道尚算不錯，環境亦很舒適。&lt;br alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食完晚餐我同老公花咗$120(兩人共$240)去咗睇名為"海邊的夢"嘅Show，約90分鐘嘅表演真係很精彩，第一次睇show d seat位會轉架，當有表演者走到台下中間表演時，位於觀眾席前半部份的seat位就會轉動約90度角，方便我哋坐響依d seat位嘅觀眾繼續睇表演。整個show有歌舞表演、雜技、電單車、體操等，我覺得今次依個show真係值回票價。不過可惜表演場內嚴禁拍攝，所以未能同大家分享。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;睇完show後我同老公就去咗浸溫泉，浸咗大約90分鐘都好攰啦，又喺要返房沖涼訓覺嘅時候啦。我覺得海泉灣嘅溫泉同北海道嘅溫泉唔同，好似唔多似溫泉水咁，總之就浸過啦，喺咪真正嘅溫泉就真係唔知啦。不過其中有兩個池幾值得介紹，一個喺死海鹽溫泉池，由於含死海鹽份很高，故浸響裡面嘅人都好容易就會浮起。另一個就係"親親魚"池，依個池嘅特點係池中有好多小魚，你可以坐在池邊的梯級，大約心口以下嘅部份會浸響水中，池中嘅小魚就會游埋你對腳附近，游游吓就會埋黎啜你對腳，幫你啜走對腳嘅死皮，感覺會有少少痕，有d女仔同小朋友都頂唔順依種感覺。可能我對腳冇乜死皮，所以唔係好多魚游埋黎啜我對腳，不過我老公好多時都會有一群魚仔啜住佢對腳，睇起來好得意呀。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;第二日我哋中午食過飯才離開珠海前往澳門，旅行團亦響抵達澳門後解散。響澳門逗留咗大約7個鐘左右，我同老公大部份時間響金沙賭場內玩大細，好彩最終贏咗幾百蚊，總算搵番少少錢幫補今次嘅行程啦。另外我哋又去過漁人碼頭，逛咗一陣影咗幾張相就走咗啦。臨上船返港前當然要去醫肚啦，我哋去咗八佰伴附近一間茶餐廳食飯，之後就搭9:15船回港，珠海澳門兩天遊亦就此結束。&lt;div type='html'>之前整蛋糕用剩3個蛋白，諗咗好耐都唔知用來整乜東東好，有日忽然響網上搵到一個紅荳蛋白蛋糕，我見製作過程較簡單，而且蛋白蛋糕又比較健康，所以我就決定整依個紅荳蛋白蛋糕啦。由於整依款蛋糕係要座水焗，我用開嘅又係脫底蛋糕模，為咗減省包錫紙依個工序，所以我改用新買番來仍未拆封嘅四方不黏蛋糕模來焗。在蛋糕麵糊不多而四方蛋糕模較大的情況下，焗出來的紅荳蛋白蛋糕就只有1.5cm高，不過切開一件件來食，依個size食起來又幾方便喎...&lt;br type='html'>今次係我第一次整紅荳飽，而且係跟一位網友提供嘅超軟甜包食譜製作。由於成整d較軟熟嘅包包，所以我決定用中種法製作，亦因為唔想整包整得太夜，所以我不單只用中種法，同時我亦用咗冷藏法製作，響第一次發酵後將麵糰排氣，跟住就將麵糰放入雪櫃待第二朝起身取出再做餘下工序。其實我都唔知咁樣又用中種又用冷藏法好唔好架，不過我覺得焗完d包包都好軟熟，我屋企人食過都話唔錯。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;係咪見到焗盤左邊有一個包包特別冇加罌粟子呢...因為嗰個包包係特別為我家姐個囝囝整嘅，佢下個月中就滿1歲啦，佢依家只可以食d無餡包包，所以我就特別預一個無餡包包比佢囉...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>車打芝士軟包</title><content type='html'>昨晚第一次整有餡包包，由次之前在網上睇過整麵包和搓麵粉嘅示範片段，所以今次搓麵粉時明顯有進步，不過我搓咗差唔多一個鐘，始終都唔能夠搓出薄膜，雖然未有薄膜，但我見d粉糰好似好軟熟咁，於是我決定唔再搓並進行第一次發酵.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;可能天氣熱嘅關係，第一次發酵約30分鐘已經脹大咗2倍啦，大約45分鐘就完成發酵，睇吓...麵團表面突起咗一個個好大嘅氣泡呀...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/7024/3051/1600/IMG_0496.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor:pointer; type='html'>昨晚我同好多人一樣，寧願訓少幾個鐘，都要起身睇世界盃冠軍戰--法國對意大利。的而且確，昨晚兩隊嘅表現非常出色，尤其是法國隊嘅施丹一直都打得好好，可惜響加時嘅時間，唔知點解係踢到咁火爆，竟然做出一個好無體育精神嘅動作，向意大利隊一個球員使出一招"頭錘頂心口"，將個意大利球員撞跌落地，結果被紅牌趕出場。&lt;br type='html'>上次第一次跟住個食譜整咗低脂藍莓乳酪雪糕，當時係唔需要打起d淡忌廉，而我又係第一次整雪糕，技巧當然欠奉啦，所以整出來的雪糕並唔軟滑，咬落去d雪糕入面會有d好似碎冰嘅物體，完全唔似食雪糕。今次依款朱古力雪糕係我第二次整嘅雪糕，而且係跟另一個食譜做，今次要將淡忌廉打起嘅，而我亦得到網友Candy嘅指點，將做法加以改良，結果今次整出來嘅雪糕有好大進步，不過雪糕嘅質感仍未夠幼滑，下層雪糕會比較硬，但比起第一次已經好好多...^_^&lt;br type='html'>原本我打算整雙重朱古力小蛋糕，但臨尾入爐前我竟然唔記得放朱古力粒入麵糊，結果就無咗雙重朱古力啦。仲有呀...我用咗依隻黃色有少少膠質嘅小蛋糕杯直接載著麵糊入爐焗，而唔需要另外再用金屬模盛載，我買依隻蛋糕杯主要因為佢唔需要用金屬模載，但入爐後發現個蛋糕杯個杯口好似變得越來越闊，當時我真擔心d麵糊會否隨著蛋糕杯變型而溢出焗盤內，幸好最後都無發生，蛋糕亦可以成功出爐，大家可以比較下蛋糕杯入爐前和出爐後的形狀有何不同...&lt;br type='html'>好早前已經買齊晒整PIZZA嘅材料，昨晚收工第一時間搭車返屋企整我同老公嘅晚餐。我睇咗好多網友嘅食譜及心得後，整咗我人生第一次自家創作嘅芝心批，材料分別有煙火腿片、蟹柳、菠蘿，同埋勁多芝士碎。雖然第一次整，加上自己貪心咗少少，用咗勁多材料來做餡，搞到個PIZZA變得漲卜卜，比起PIZZA店賣嘅PIZZA漲得多，相信以後整嘅PIZZA時都要幫佢哋纖吓體啦。不過，肥版PIZZA味道還算不錯，老公都讚好食，只係PIZZA皮較厚令外皮硬咗少少。整體來講，我對今次嘅創作都好滿意~~ type='text'>自己都幾滿意嘅Tiramisu~~</title><content type='html'>今次係我第3次整Tiramisu啦，第1次整因為蛋白打得唔好，所有材料混合後整得太稀，搞到d手指餅浮晒上面，雖然食落都幾滑，但賣相就唔夠靚。第2次我用淡忌廉代替雞蛋來整，但今次就可能因為我座熱水打蛋黃時溫度過高，所以搞到d混合物變得粗身，唔夠幼滑。至於今次，我特別去賣咗半打比較貴嘅日本雞蛋來做，始終都係用雞蛋整比較香滑，而且今次打蛋白都可以打到企身，但唔知係咪因為最後將所有材料混合時攪得太耐或太高速，我見到d混合物由原來的很幼滑開始變得粗身，所以我即刻停手唔再攪d混合物，並隨即倒入盆內。雖然質地唔算好"鞋"，而且手指餅亦冇浮上面，但我相信下次應該可以整得更加滑嘅...^_^&lt;br type='html'>上星期三放工響屋企用咗差唔多5個半鐘頭整咗依4個包包，因為用中種法做，所以等中種麵糰發酵都等咗2個幾鐘呀。可能因為我唔係好識搓粉，搓咗好耐都搓唔到薄膜，所以我響唔想整到三更半夜嘅情況下，只係將麵糰搓到唔黏手就攞去發酵，結果d包包出爐後放咗6-8個鐘左右就開始變硬，所以每個包食前都要叮10秒左右，待稍為變軟才食。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>開始整餅差不多3個月啦~~</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;家中增添了一個免費得來的焗爐大概已經有3個月啦，期間都整過好幾個海綿蛋糕、曲奇、麵包和朱古力波波(因為朱古力係我嘅最愛，所以絕大部份製成品都係朱古力味~~)。前3樣的製成品，基本上都整得有板有眼，總算食得入口，見得吓人，但朱古力波波整咗2次都係失敗，雖然可以食得入口，但賣相同"x崎"日本麵包店賣的葡式朱古力波如終差好遠。真係唔明白，跟足食譜做但始終都係做唔到，不過我唔會放棄嘅，過一陣我就會再試過，依家睇住我之前做嘅雙重朱古力曲奇先啦。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br
